You will need the following information from your income tax return to check the status of your tax refund check:

•  Your Social Security Number (or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)

•  Filing status (Single, Married Filing Joint Return, Married Filing Separate Return, Head of Household, or Qualifying Widow(er))

•  The exact whole dollar amount of your refund

Get Federal Refund Status

You will need the following information from your State of New Jersey tax return to check the status of your state refund check:

•  The Social Security Number that was listed first on your return

•  The exact dollar amount of the refund requested 

Status information for your State of New Jersey refund may be available in as soon as three weeks for returns that are filed electronically.

Get State of New Jersey Refund Status

You will need the following information from your State of Pennsylvania tax return to check the status of your state refund check:   

•  The Social Security Number that was listed first on your return   

•  The exact dollar amount of the refund requested 

Status information for your State of  Pennsylvania tax refund is generally available 8 to 10 weeks after your state income tax return has been submitted.

You will need the following information from your State of Delaware tax return to check the status of your state refund check:   

•  The Social Security Number that was listed first on your return   

•  The exact dollar amount of the refund requested 

Status information for your State of Delaware tax returns that are filed electronically are available within 24 - 48 hours of electronic file transmission.
